French Bull might be a pattern based company but that doesn’t mean that we aren’t passionate about typography. Design studio To The Point created this clever game that should resonate with any type enthusiast. While serif type has it’s place and appeal, I usually gravitate towards sans-serif type faces. Taking a few minutes to fire off a few rounds at some of my least favorite typefaces was enjoyable but they should take it further and make a version where you get to shoot typefaces like Papyrus and Fajita featured below.

I knew there was an arcade museum in New Hampshire but wasn’t aware of the Pinball Hall Of Fame in Las Vegas. So Much Pileup had posted a few cool images that made me want to dig deeper and find galleries of old machines. The colors and design of these classic machines are quite striking and instantly take me back to summers at the beach, I can smell the fried food and cotton candy now.
I found another great site for a vintage pinball palor in San Francisco with tons of images of old games called Lucky Ju Ju. High Hand (below) looks particularly great.
